When I was pregnant with my first child, I remember feeling so proud of my large baby bump, while simultaneously worrying about the pain, large needles, and possible complications of delivery. Luckily, a friend informed me about The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth. After using the teachings of this program for all three of my births, I can wholeheartedly say that the process of laboring and birth can be an Empowering, Beautiful, Healthy experience free from unnecessary complications or trauma. Additionally, this program gave my husband the knowledge and training he needed to have an active role in the births of his children.


As a Provisional teacher in The Bradley Method®, it would be my honor to ease your worries by guiding you through this comprehensive program designed to help couples have the natural birth experience they desire.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
