Welcome to my Natural Childbirth website

Offering convenient, engaging virtual classes  


Hi!  I'm Valerie.  I have been instructing couples worldwide in this method for over 25 years.  I've been in this business long enough to understand it well for training couples into their own birthing competencies.    Personally, I have successfully birthed my own children using this method.  In my classes, I bring experience from:
  • My own birth experiences - hospital, birthing center, home 
  • An emergency birth - with a very happy-ending,
  • Birthing in country outside of the U.S. 
Our excellent method of childbirth instruction is personal and has helped thousands of couples worldwide to achieve positive births because we: 
  1. Teach clinically proven approaches to natural birthing,  
  2. Help couples know their options, keeping a pulse on local trends,
  3. Offer convenient, personable, live instruction on modern media platforms 
We don't use stagnant "conveyor-belt", one-size-fits-all online teaching methods.  My classes are tailored to meet the needs of my couples.

 Bradley especially prepares coaches to: 

  • Know what's going on in pregnancy, birth and postpartum
  • Competently do the right things and ask right questions for baby and mother

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
