Are you approaching your third trimester?  If so, now is the time to register for BradleyTM classes!  My classes are currently held in Maryland Heights/St. Ann off N. Lindbergh.  I will accept up to 8 couples per session.  If you are interested in joining my class, please email me at empoweredbirthing@pm.me or call me at 314-757-1707 (cell) to register or for more information.  Zoom is available for my classes as well - this is great if you are interested in classes but live too far to make a weekly drive comfortably.

I will only hold these sessions if I get a deposit from 2 or more couples so please get them in so I and others can plan accordingly.  Class dates and times are subject to change at my discretion.

Payments can be made via cash, check, Venmo or PayPal.  Venmo or PayPal fees will be added to your class cost for this convenience.

Doula services are also available if you would like to use me as a birth attendant.  I will assist you from the date you contact me until about 6 weeks postpartum.  I have over 14 years of experience in both birth education and doula work.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
