My name is Rebecca Palmer. I have been teaching Natural childbirth since 2012 and a Doula since 2011. this experience as well as my own births enable me to teach from a place of education and compassion. I have 6 children My first was a medicated hospital birth. My second was With a midwife in a hospital. my third was all natural in a hospital, my forth was a home birth and my fifth was a Birth center. My sixth was an emergency due to Preeclampsia and came 2 months early but still non medicated vaginal birth. I have experienced all different types of birth. I feel that this Childbirth method prepared me for my birth with education and understanding of the process of giving birth. I learned many skills for Relaxation and working with my body instead of against it.
