The Bradley Method ® courses are 12 weeks long to help you gain the most benefit. Day and time of the class series can be flexible based on the needs of the students interested in taking the class that series. You and your coach will receive access to the student center and online workbook. In addition to the resources in the student center, I have put together a series of weekly emails that include additional practice exercises, relaxation techniques, research articles, labor videos and other resources that I've found to be helpful and related to that weeks topics. In class, group activities and videos are utilized to help prepare you and your coach physically, mentally and emotionally for the journey towards the debut of your little one.
I recommend starting The Bradley Method® during your second trimester. The more time you have to prepare your body and mind the better! You will get out of this class what you put into it. Our key focuses are nutrition, exercise, and LOTS of relaxation practice along side all the other valuable information about all things pregnancy and labor. We will cover many topics you may not have thought needed research. The more effort you put into your nutrition, exercises and relaxation, the more you will benefit from this class.
If you are unable to attend the in person classes, I do have make up options available. I want to best meet the needs of my students.
