I have been a fully certified Bradley Method childbirth educator and doula since 2018. Prior to getting into birth work, I attended Notre Dame of Maryland University, where I studied biology and graduated with high honors. Though my career interests changed drastically over the years, I have always been highly interested in the human body and its amazing capabilities.
I gave birth to my beautiful daughter in April 2017 in the comfort of my own home, along with family and a team of midwives. Five years later in February 2022, I gave birth to my second child - a precious baby boy, naturally once again and in my own home with an amazing midwife.
Taking Bradley classes while pregnant with my first gave me the confidence to birth without fear. Birth can be beautiful in any setting when women are informed, empowered, and educated on their options.
In addition to being a business owner, I am a full-time wife and mother. When not teaching birth classes, I can be found reading for pleasure, writing, gardening, doing yoga, hiking, practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or on a homeschooling adventure with my daughter.
