Start classes early in your pregnancy. Couples are always welcome to continue attending classes in other series until their baby is born at no extra charge. We have taught in person in New Jersey, California, North Carolina, and Connecticut. Now we teach to couples nationwide on Zoom.

Absolutely make the commitment and take this class. Karen & Jeff make it so easy to take the class and learn and prepare so well. Even though this is our 3rd child with 2 successful prior births, it has been extremely helpful. The class has especially helped us quiet our busy lives with 2 older children during the week to have dedicated, meaningful time to focus on the pregnancy and preparing for labor and delivery. It’s been a special time together, and we feel very prepared, knowledgeable and able to advocate for ourselves and the labor and delivery. My name is Rebecca and I just finished taking the Bradley classes. For those of you thinking about taking this class, I would say go for it! After taking this course, I feel more prepared for labor, delivery, and postpartum, and my husband and I are confident that we can make decisions in an educated manner. Birth is so unpredictable, so preparation is key! Thank you Karen and Jeff for your expertise and encouragement!

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
