I teach classes in the Bellaire neighborhood at Heart of Houston Birth & Wellness Center, 6550 Mapleridge, Suite 100, Houston. Attending class via Zoom is also an option.

Group classes are Thursdays, 6-8pm.

2024-2025 Group Classes:

Dec. 5 - Feb. 13 (No class Dec. 26)
*I have space available in this class, and you can join as late as Class 3 on Dec. 19th. I'll catch you up!*

2025 Group Classes (Dates tentative):

Mar. 20 - May 29 (No class Apr. 3)
July 17 - Sept. 25 (No class July 24)
Nov. 6 - Jan. 29 (No class Nov. 27, Dec. 25, or Jan. 1)




If your due date is approaching, you may be able to join partway through a class. I also offer private or condensed classes in-person or via Zoom. Call or email to discuss options!

Classes include birth videos, a student workbook, and access to my lending library of pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and parenting books and DVDs.

Group classes are $350 per couple, which includes a $50 deposit to hold a spot in class.

(10% discount for Heart of Houston Birth & Wellness Center clients.)

I accept cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal. My classes often fill to capacity, so please don't wait to get in touch with me. All couples are welcome.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
