Sessions will cover all of the important facets of The Bradley Method® in the standard 12 week fashion. My course includes the official student workbook, a complete lending library, in-depth breastfeeding education and assistance & OVER 2 decades of experience with birth & parenting! In fact, some teachers in the area used to be my students!! 

My courses will reflect my years as a Childbirth Educator, Doula and Nutritionist. You will leave with plenty of hands-on experience to manage labor and birth, regardless of the care provider you have chosen. In essence, my classes will teach your partner many of the tricks to being a labor support provider, and you will leave with a confidence you can't get from another method. As a Nutritionist I also teach an in-depth nutrition and exercise element with each course. Learn how to navigate the hospital waters here in SE Michigan as I have OVER 2 decades of experience with what is actually happening HERE in Michigan!

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
