Let us help you prepare not only to give birth naturally,

but also on becoming a family.

 

                 Make your baby's birth a beautiful beginning!

The Bradley Method® views birth as a natural, not medical process. It is our belief that most women with proper education, preparation, and the help of a loving and supportive coach can be taught to give birth naturally.  

All pregnant moms to be are welcome- no matter your family set up.  

Anyone can be your coach- spouse, family, friend, or a professional labor doula.  


Our goal is to empower you as you prepare 


for 

your own up coming birth and your own


personal birth goals.  

 

Classes in The Bradley Method® will educate you to have the healthiest pregnancy and the safest, most beautiful birth experience possible whether you are having a hospital, birth center, or home birth.  


These classes fulfill the childbirth class requirement to give birth at Infinity Birth Center.

Learn specific exercises and relaxation techniques that will facilitate an efficient labor.  I teach 20 different relaxation techniques so that you can customize your relaxation to fit your own specific needs in labor.

Learn how to get the proper nutrition for you and your baby.

Learn how to stay low risk and healthy during your pregnancy.

Learn how to minimize your risk of a cesarean section. 

Learn to work with your labor coach and have a rewarding birth experience.

Learn how to give birth naturally without fear.

Learn how to be a good consumer and advocate for the health and welfare of your family.

Learn to work with your healthcare provider to make informed decisions.

Learn breastfeeding and newborn care basics.  You will not need an additional hospital based class.



Interested couples may attend the FIRST CLASS FOR FREE without further commitment, if space allows.  However classes do fill up quickly and space will be reserved for those that have registered with a $50 deposit.  

New classes are formed upon demand so please inquire if you need a different schedule than is posted.  Series are typically scheduled on either Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, Saturday morning, and Sunday afternoon/evenings.

If your due date is close, ask how we can accommodate it.

The Academy asks that we do not post our tuition fees on our websites.

The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth standard series is designed for small classes with lots of individual attention. The standard length of the classes is 12 weeks covering 12 units of instruction. The Official Student Workbook is supplied to every couple attending classes. It is 130 pages with over 75 pictures and illustrations. A Coach Card is also included. Your local instructor in The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth is an independent affiliated instructor. Some classes are video enriched and offer a Certificate of Congratulations.
